01About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Qureskill Private Limited (CIN: U85500BR2024PTC069215), which owns and operates Agni Shiksha ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the Agni Shiksha app, the websites agnishiksha.app and agnishiksha.in, and related services (the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and does not need a physical or digital signature. It is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

03Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Keep your login details and OTPs confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at support@agnishiksha.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may change or reclaim display names that are offensive, misleading or impersonate others.

04The Services

Agni Shiksha offers mock tests, sectional tests, previous year questions, notes, current affairs, performance analytics, AI gap analysis, streaks, XP and leagues for competitive exams in India. Some features are free and some require a paid plan. Features and content may vary by exam.

We keep improving the Services, which means we may add, change or remove features and content from time to time.

05Subscriptions, payments and pricing

• Paid plans and in-app purchases are sold through Google Play Billing. Google's payment terms also apply.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees in the app before you buy, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• We may change prices with advance notice as required by Google Play. Changes don't affect the period you've already paid for.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

06Acceptable use and fair play

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Copy, record, screenshot for distribution, share, sell or publish our tests, questions, solutions or notes.
• Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or any other trick to earn XP, manipulate leaderboards or gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or interfere with the app, its security or its servers.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, threatens the unity or security of India, or is otherwise prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with anyone.
• Use the Services for commercial coaching or resale without our written permission.

We may remove content, reset XP or leaderboard positions, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

07Content and intellectual property

All content in the Services, including questions, solutions, explanations, notes, current affairs summaries, videos, software, design, the Agni Shiksha name, the flame logo and the mascot Chingu, is owned by or licensed to Qureskill Private Limited and protected by Indian and international law.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your own, non-commercial exam preparation. Nothing else is licensed to you.

Previous year questions are drawn from publicly available question papers. Our solutions, explanations, classifications and analysis are our own content. Exam names such as UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB and NTA belong to their respective bodies and are used only to describe the exams we help you prepare for.

08Your content and feedback

If you submit doubts, comments, reports or feedback, you keep ownership of it and give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display and adapt it to run and improve the Services. We may use suggestions and feedback without any obligation to you.

09Leaderboards, XP and rewards

Streaks, XP, badges and league positions are for motivation. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred. We may adjust or reset them to fix errors or deal with cheating. Any contest or reward we run will have its own rules, which will apply alongside these Terms.

10Third-party services

The Services work with third-party services such as Google Play, sign-in providers, YouTube and Instagram. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

11Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, but errors can happen. Please report them to us.

• Exam dates, patterns, syllabi and rules are set by the conducting bodies and can change. Always rely on the official notification.
• We do not guarantee selection, rank, marks or any particular result.
• Performance scores, predictions and AI insights are estimates to guide your study, not official assessments.
• Agni Shiksha is not affiliated with any government body or exam-conducting authority.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qureskill Private Limited and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, data or exam results, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qureskill Private Limited and its directors, employees and partners from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, commit fraud or cheating, create risk for other users or the company, or if the law requires it.

If we terminate your account for a breach of these Terms, paid access may end without a refund, except where the law requires otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a dispute, please contact our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve it within 30 days.

Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

17Grievance redressal and contact

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days of receipt. For general support, write to support@agnishiksha.com.

18General

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
• Severability: if any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver: if we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up.
• Assignment: we may transfer our rights under these Terms as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale. You may not transfer yours.
• Force majeure: we aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices: we may send notices by email, SMS or in the app.
• Language: if these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
